Brighten up your morning with a wholemeal smoothie for breakfast!
It is a well-known fact that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It provides us with the energy we need in the morning, and it also helps keep hunger and tiredness at bay. If you are into sports, breakfast is even more essential for fuelling your training sessions. However, if you tend to skip breakfast because you don’t have time or don’t like it, we’ve got a suggestion for you: a wholemeal smoothie.
Sweet, fruity, nutritional and fresh, it’s the perfect way to start the day and power you through until noon.
The icing on the cake? The only required ingredients are fresh or/and frozen fruit, yogurt or milk, and cereal! After that, you can add whatever you like!

The wholemeal smoothie
One advantage of a smoothie is that it can be made easily and quickly: whack the ingredients in the blender and, well… blend!
#1: Pineapple, Mango and Coconut Wholemeal Smoothie (by Juliette)
- A handful of frozen pineapple
- 1/2 a fresh mango
- 1 soy yogurt
- 1 can of coconut milk
- Agave sirop
#2: Kiwi and Grape Wholemeal Smoothie (by Amélie)
- Almond milk
- 1 kiwi
- Roughly 10 grapes
#3: Mango and Vanilla Wholemeal Smoothie (by Audrey)
- 2 to 3 pieces of frozen mango
- 1 vanilla yogurt
- 2 spoonfuls of snowflakes
- 1 spoonful of chia seeds

- 2 bananas
